Method

In a non-stick pan, add butter and allow it to melt. Next, crack open eggs in a bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined and keep it aside.
Add the toast after the butter is melted and remove from the plate. In a pan, add eggs and cook slightly. Top eggs with cheese slices and allow the cheese to melt properly.

Chilli Cheese Dhokla

Ingredients

1 cup	Semolina (sooji/rava)
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbsp	Oil
1 tsp	Sugar
1 cup	Cheese, grated
1/2 cup	Water
1 tbsp	Chilli, chopped
1 cup	Yoghurt
For Tadka
4	Red chillies, dried
1 1/2 tbsp	Mustard oil
8	Curry leaves
1/4 tsp	Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp	Mustard seeds

Method

In a bowl, add salt, semolina, sugar, oil, and yoghurt. Mix everything well and add water along with eno. Ensure that there are no lumps.
Next, in a baking pan, pour batter onto the pan and layer it with chopped green chillies and grated cheese. Add the other half of the batter and cover with green chillies and cheese.
You can pressure cook or bake the morning meal. Serve and enjoy!

Cheese Masala Toast

1 cup	Cheese, grated
1	Egg
4 tbsp	Carrots, grated
1 tbsp	Milk
To taste	Chilli flakes

As needed	Oil

Method

Start by spreading tomato ketchup on a slice of bread. Next, place a cheese slice over it and cover it with another slice.
Cut the bread slices into four portions and in a mixing bowl, add egg, chilli flakes, carrot and milk. Mix everything well and dip the bread into the egg mix.
Coat both sides of the bread and place on a hot griddle. Cook both sides until golden. Serve with ketchup and enjoy!
