Step 1

Prepare the batter

In a mixing bowl, combine the gram flour and water to make a smooth batter. Add more water if needed to achieve a pouring consistency.Add the mixed vegetables, grated Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block, salt, and pepper to the batter and mix until everything is well combined.Heat a non-stick frying pan or skillet over medium heat and add a little oil to coat the surface.

Serve and enjoy!

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out into a thin, round shape using the back of the ladle.Cook the chilla for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy, then flip it over and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.Repeat with the remaining batter to make more chillas, adding more oil to the pan as needed.Once cooked, transfer the chillas to a plate, dd more cheese to the top, roll and serve hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
