Step 1
Prepare the patty for burger
In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, chickpeas, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty. Ensure the patties are firm and evenly shaped. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Serve and enjoy!
Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the same pan or in a toaster. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty. Add a Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slice on top of the patty, allowing it to melt slightly. Layer with tomato slices, cucumber slices, and onion rings. If desired, spread ketchup or mustard on the top half of the bun before placing it on top of the assembled burger. Serve the Veg Cheese Burgers immediately, accompanied by a side of salad or baked sweet potato fries for a complete meal.
