Step 1

Prepare the paneer filling

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add tomatoes and cook until softened.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well and cook for a minute.Add the cubed paneer and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and add chopped coriander.

Serve and enjoy!

Spread yoghurt or chutney on a warmed tortilla. Layer with lettuce, cucumber, red bell pepper, and the prepared paneer filling.Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, then fold it in the sides. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling. Serve immediately.
