Step 1
Prepare the dough
In a bowl, mix 1 cup buckwheat flour, ½ tsp rock salt, ¼ tsp cumin powder, and ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Gradually add water to form a firm dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them out thinly into circular shapes using a rolling pin. Cut the rolled dough into triangle-shaped nachos. Ensure they are thin for crispy results.
Step 2
Serve and enjoy!
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the nachos until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the fried nachos on a baking tray. Sprinkle 1 cup Britannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella - Diced evenly over the nachos. Optionally, add 1 tsp red chilli flakes for extra spice. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
