Step 1
Prepare the egg mixture
Place 4 large eggs in a saucepan of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 8 minutes. Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them. Mash the boiled eggs with a fork or potato masher in a bowl until chunky. Mix the Britannia The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and white pepper into the mashed eggs. Stir until well combined and creamy.
Step 2
Serve and enjoy!
Lay 2 slices of soft white bread on a clean surface. Spread the egg mixture evenly onto the bread. Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the filling to complete the sandwich. If desired, lightly butter the outside of each sandwich and toast on a skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy. Cut the sandwich diagonally into halves and serve immediately for the best taste.
