Prepare the pizza dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water, stirring until the dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F). Roll out the dough into a 10–12-inch circle on a floured surface.Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base.

Bake the pizza, serve warm and enjoy!
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan, then add dollops of ricotta and scatter gorgonzola. Place the pizza on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden, and the cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
