Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the bagel in half horizontally using a sharp knife and toast for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned. Take the toasted bagel halves and spread 1-1.5 tablespoons of Britannia The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese on each half, covering the entire surface evenly.
