Step 1
In a bowl, toss the paneer cubes with cornflour, maida, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer till golden. Set aside on a paper towel.

In the same pan, sauté onions, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste till the raw smell disappears.
Step 4
Add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes—don’t overcook; we want that crunch!
Step 5
Stir in ketchup, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, and vinegar. Mix well and let it bubble.
Step 6
Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce. Stir gently to coat every piece.
Step 7
Now for the fun part: cube and melt Britannia, The Laughing Cow Cheese in the mix. Let it coat the paneer for a rich, creamy finish.
Step 8
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot!
