Step 1
Cook The Tortilla
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla flat on the skillet and add half of Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices on it.

Add The Filling
Scatter some diced bell peppers, tomatoes, black olives, and cilantro over the Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices.
Step 3
Fold The Tortilla
Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Lightly brush the top of the quesadilla with olive oil.
Step 4
Cook The Tortillas
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
Step 5
Serve
Serve the cheesy veggie quesadillas warm with your favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
