Prepare the filling

Clean and slice your vegetables and set them aside.Spread some hummus on each slice of bread and add a Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slice to each.Next, add some tomato, cucumber and onion slices to 2 pieces of bread.

Serve and Enjoy!

Top with the other bread slice, apply some butter and put it on a pan till both sides turn brownCut them into quarters and serve with some ketchup
