Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Steam the spinach and drain off any excess liquid to prevent the dip from becoming too watery.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachets, sour cream, onion flakes, fresh garlic and stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Stir in the steamed and drained spinach, ensuring it is well coated with the creamy mixture. Add crushed red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste, mixing again to evenly distribute the spices.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe dish and bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until the dip is heated through and slightly bubbling around the edges.
Step 6
Once baked, stir the dip and garnish with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or freshly diced red bell pepper for added colour.
Step 7
Pack into a tiffin along with vegetable sticks, potato chips or crackers.
