Prepare the rice sticks mixture

In a bowl, combine cooked rice, Britannia The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese, all purpose flour, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into stick-like shapes.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Serve and enjoy!

Fry the rice sticks until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 3-4 minutes per side.Remove from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.Serve hot with ketchup or your favourite dipping sauce.
