Boil the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste to the pan. Add the dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the sauce. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for a few minutes.Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve hot, with extra Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block, on the side if desired.
