Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry sheet
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into 4 equal squares. Place a generous amount of shredded cheese in the centre of each square.
Step 2
Serve warm and enjoy!
Fold the squares into triangles, pressing the edges with a fork to seal them. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired. Bake the puff pastries on a lined baking sheet for 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
