Boil the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce thickens and reduces. Season with salt to taste. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
