Step 1
Prepare the cheese dressing
Boil a pot of salted water. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Stir in the grated Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block into the dressing mixture until well incorporated. Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl with the cheese dressing.

Serve and enjoy!
Gently fold until the macaroni is evenly coated with the dressing.Add the diced red bell pepper, chopped celery, and finely chopped red onion. Mix gently to combine. Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the fresh parsley for added flavour and colour. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavours to meld. Serve chilled.
