Step 1
Melt butter and saute onions
Preheat your oven to 190°C. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until the rice is evenly coated with the sauce mixture. In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped green onions and minced garlic, sautéing for about 3-5 minutes until the onions become translucent and the garlic is fragrant. Add half of the rice mixture to the skillet, pressing it down with a spatula to form a flat, even layer.
Step 2
Squeeze the cheese sachet
Add the remaining rice mixture over the cheese, pressing it down gently. Ensure the rice is evenly spread out. Place the skillet in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the bottom of the rice is crispy and the cheese is fully melted.

Garnish, serve and enjoy!
Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions, kimchi, and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
