Prepare the garlic butter

To make the garlic butter, in a bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and salt. Stir until fully mixed and set aside. To make the creamy cheese filling combine the two Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachets, diced green onions, chopped parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Bake the croissants

Using a sharp knife, make 4-5 shallow cuts in each croissant, ensuring not to cut all the way through. Fill each cut generously with the garlic cheese mixture. Brush the tops of the croissants with the prepared garlic butter, ensuring the butter seeps into the cuts. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese filling is melted. Once baked, remove the croissants from the oven. Brush with any remaining garlic butter.
