Prepare the batter
Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Chop the yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, and green capsicum. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Cubes, green chillies, and salt. Mix well. In another bowl, mix 2 cups of gram flour, water, 1 tsp turmeric, and salt. Stir until smooth, then add 2 pinches of baking soda. Mix until a batter-like consistency is achieved.

Serve and enjoy!
Place 16 slices of bread on a clean surface. Spread the cheese and vegetable mixture evenly on 8 slices, then cover with the remaining 8 slices to form sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half. Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pan over medium heat. Dip each sandwich in the gram flour batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Carefully fry the pakoras until they turn golden and crispy. Serve the hot cheesy bread pakoras with your favourite dip or chutney.
