Prepare the mixture
Start by whisking eggs and milk together. In a bowl, add bread crumbs and dip each cheese bite into flour and later into egg mixture. Remove the excess and roll the cheese bites into breadcrumbs. Ensure that your cheese bites are coated evenly. Repeat the process with the remaining cheese bites.
Step 2
Serve and enjoy!
Freeze the cheese bites until the coating is set properly. In the meantime, heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadhai, and place a parchment paper on plate. Slide cheesy bites into hot oil and ensure that they don’t stick together. Fry until golden brown and crisp. Drain the excess oil and serve with with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
