Step 1
Mix the batter
In a bowl, add besan, onion, carrot, spinach, turmeric, ajwain, salt, and ginger-chilli paste. Gradually add water and whisk until smooth, not too runny, not too thick.
Step 2
Get the pan ready
Heat a non-stick tawa and grease lightly with ghee or oil.
Step 3
Pour and spread
Pour a ladle of batter and spread it into a thin circle. Let it cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add the cheesy twist
Place half a cube of Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese in the centre. Gently fold the chilla over to make a semicircle. Press lightly.
Step 5
Flip and cook
Cook both sides until golden. Let the cheese melt inside for that gooey surprise!
