Step 1

Wash and clean the potatoes for baking

Preheat your oven to 200°C.Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick them several times with a fork. Rub each potato with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt.Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for about 1 hour, or until the skins are crisp and the insides are soft.Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Serve and enjoy!

Carefully cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open them up.Fluff the insides of the potatoes with a fork, then place two Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles inside each potato. Allow the cheese to melt into the potato.Top each potato with chopped spring onions. Add a dollop of sour cream to each potato and season with salt and pepper to taste.Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious loaded cheesy baked potatoes!
