Preparation Steps
Step 1
Make Dough
To prepare cheese-stuffed paratha rolls, mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt. Add water in batches till it forms a soft dough. Cover it using a cloth and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Make The Filling
In a pan, add cumin seeds and toss the chopped bell peppers and onions with red chilli and turmeric powder. Add salt and keep the mixture aside.
Step 3
Prepare The Paratha
Take the prepared dough and divide it into sections. Roll each section to make balls and use a rolling pin to shape them into parathas. Heat the tawa and place the stuffed paratha to cook on medium heat. Once you see brown patches on the surface, flip to cook the other half.
Step 4
Add The Stuffing
Apply some butter to the surface, flip and apply some on the other half as well. Add the stuffing on one side of the paratha and grate the Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block evenly. Cook till the cheese slightly melts.
Step 5
Roll And Serve
Roll the parathas once both sides have been cooked. Your delicious cheese-stuffed paratha rolls are ready to be served hot with ketchup or any other dip of your choice.
