Prepare the dough

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Mix well by crumbling the flour with your fingers. Gradually add water and knead to make a soft, pliable dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.In a separate bowl, whisk together the gram flour and water to form a smooth slurry. Add chopped onions, green chillies, salt, and red chilli powder to the gram flour mixture. Mix well to combine. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a large roti.

Serve and enjoy!

Brush water on the edges of the roti. Place the gram flour filling in the centre of the roti. Add Britannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella - Diced on top of the filling. Fold the sides of the roti to form a square-shaped paratha. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the folded paratha on the skillet and cook on low to medium heat until it turns golden brown on both sides and is cooked through. Remove from heat and serve hot.
