Step 1
Boil the potatoes
Wash and cut 1 medium potato into thin fries. Boil the potato pieces in lightly salted water for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and pat them dry. Air-fry the fries at 180 C until golden brown and crispy. Transfer the hot fries to a bowl. Sprinkle the peri peri masala over the fries and toss gently to coat them thoroughly. Adjust the spice level depending on your child’s preference.

In a small bowl, mix the Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and set aside. This sauce will add a tangy, mildly spicy element to the dish.
