Prepare the mixture
Crack open eggs in a mixing bowl and add in powdered spices along with chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Add a tbsp of oil on a non-stick tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Immediately, spread the batter by moving the ladle in a circular direction.
Step 2
Serve and enjoy!
Next, pour the egg batter ensuring the dosa is coated evenly with the egg batter. Cook the dosa from both sides. Garnish with grated cheese and allow the cheese to melt properly. Fold the dosa into semi-circle and serve with sambhar or any condiment of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
