Prepare the batter
Mix mashed potatoes, Britannia The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese, onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt in a large bowl. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into round, flat patties. Coat each patty with breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Serve and enjoy!
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Shallow fry the tikkis for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
