Freeze the mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from melting too quickly in the air fryer. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip each frozen mozzarella stick first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place the coated mozzarella sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with olive oil. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
