1Clove garlic, minced
1Medium tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cupCooked rice

1/2 tspDried oregano
1/4 tspPaprika

1 tbspOlive oil

Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C

Cut the tops off the capsicums and remove the seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and translucent. Add the chopped tomato and cook for a few minutes until softened.
