Ingredients:

| 250 gm | Paneer, cubed |
| 1 cup | Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block, grated |
| 4 | Parathas |
| 1/2 cup | Plain yoghurt |
| 1 tbsp | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1/2 tsp | Cumin powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 1 tsp | Coriander powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Garam masala |
| 2 tbsp | Oil |
| To taste | Salt |
| As needed | Coriander, chopped (For garnish) |
| As needed | Mint and coriander chutneys |
Method
- In a bowl, mix together yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly.
- Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook each paratha on the griddle until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and sauté until they are lightly browned and cooked through about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Place a cooked paratha on a clean surface. Arrange a portion of the cooked paneer cubes along the centre of the paratha.
- Sprinkle grated Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese over the paneer filling.
- Roll up the paratha tightly to enclose the filling, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Repeat with the remaining parathas and filling and garnish with coriander.
- Serve the Cheesy Paneer Rolls hot with mint chutney or tamarind sauce on the side.
