Perfect Cheese Nachos Recipe
Crispy kuttu flour nachos meet gooey mozzarella in this fun cheesy nachos recipe. Ideal for Navratri snacking, it’s a fusion treat that’s both festive and indulgent, bringing together crunch, spice, and irresistible cheese pulls in every bite.
How to Make

In a bowl, mix kuttu ka atta, arrowroot (or mashed potato), cumin, ghee, and sendha namak. Add water little by little to form a smooth, pliable dough.

Roll out the dough into thin rotis. Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice into triangle “nacho” shapes.
- 3.
Heat a tawa and roast the triangles on both sides with a little ghee until crisp. You can also bake them at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
- 4.
Arrange the nachos on a baking tray. Top with diced potatoes, tomatoes, green chillies (if using), and Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese, broken into small chunks.
- 5.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese generously over the top. Bake or microwave until melty and golden.
- 6.
Garnish with coriander and serve warm!
