Jalapeno Poppers Filled With Creamy Cheese – Serves 4

Method
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions in a bowl. Stir until well combined. Add any optional ingredients.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the jalapeno halves.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place jalapeno halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
