Cheese and Spinach Mushroom Pie
How to Make

Sauté the base:
In a pan, melt butter. Add garlic and let it sizzle. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.

Add the greens:
Stir in chopped spinach and let it wilt down. This takes about 2–3 minutes.

Make it creamy:
Sprinkle flour, stir for a minute, then slowly add milk. Stir till it thickens into a white sauce.

Cheese, please:
Add Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese wedges and grated cheese. Stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven:
Set it to 180°C (350°F).

Assemble the pie:
Pour the creamy spinach mushroom mixture into a greased baking dish. Cover with puff pastry. Tuck edges or trim as needed.

Bake time:
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden and flaky. Let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
