Salmon is one of the classic dishes for weeknight dinners or simple house gatherings. The salmon is baked with cheese and mayonnaise and cheese. A whole fillet is baked in the oven under a golden cheese crust.

With the ultra-thin layers of bechamel sauce, this popular main course dish forms this amazing crust but still comprises creamy crust. Once you take a classic bite of juicy and flaky salmon, the dish presents strong flavours of spices without overpowering the actual taste of salmon.

For great perfection and authentic taste, you can also add a layer of tomatoes or fresh herbs for a change. Cheesy baked salmon with crispy topping makes for a delicious meal for any occasion. If you are looking for a crispy option for your house parties, then cheesy baked salmon topped with cheese and mayonnaise is a perfect match for you.
