Crunchy nachos layered with gooey cheese flavourful salsa dip is perfect for your house parties. Make it at home with this simple recipe.
1 packet homemade or store-bought nacho chips, 2 cups cheddar or mozzarella cheese (grated), sour cream, 1 jalapeno, sliced
1 onion (chopped), 2 tomatoes (chopped), 1/2 cup coriander, 2 green chillies, 1 tbsp lime juice, a pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread store-bought nacho chips on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle grated cheese and jalapeno slices over the nacho chips.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Combine finely chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies and lime juice.
Add salt in a bowl and stir well.
Top the melted cheese nachos with the freshly made salsa.
Serve immediately with sour cream, if desired.
